Ercan Solmaz

Ercan has more than 15 years of experience in global firms operating in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and Information Technology sector with the roles & responsibilities in Sales & Marketing Management, Strategic Planning & Business Development, Market Research, and Project Management.
As the Partner of MK Novo Consulting, Ercan had a chance to lead tens of projects in different sectors like retail, health, logistics, gastronomy, aviation, and governmental organizations in the recent 4 years, on top his previous experiences. Through his long career before MK Novo, Ercan used to work at Unilever for 10 years, at Danone and Eli Lilly for a year, with the full marketing & sales responsibility of leading brands like Omo, Elidor, Rexona, Axe, Domestos, Yumoş, Rinso ,Danone, Tikveşli respectively over the years. He landed lots of campaigns, made several launches, and led tens of projects throughout his long marketing career. Before joining into Mk Novo Management Team in 2016, his last role was “Senior Marketing & Business Development Lead” role with a direct report to Unilever company local board. On top of all, Ercan had also short-term roles at Eli Lilly ve Logo Business Solution firms, with the responsibility of market research and system analysis respectively. (in the first years of his career)
He holds graduate degrees (MSc.) in both Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Sabancı University and undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering (w/ minor in Economics) from Middle East Technical University.
